Melbourne Leadership Group is a network of expert leadership collaboration facilitators
We are led by Hamish Park - an executive adviser, facilitator, trainer and board director deeply involved in shaping leadership education.
Hamish has over 20 years’ experience advising leaders – from premiers to ministers, board directors, corporate executives, and not-for-profit trailblazers.

We work across the full gamut of leadership education – from the design of professional development programs and postgraduate education, to the delivery of team-based workshops and one-on-one leadership coaching.

We work with medium to large size organisations spanning many sectors.
Whilst we are based in Melbourne, we do work with national organisations and clients with operations across multiple state boundaries.
In 2023, we delivered work in Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney, Adelaide and regional Victoria.
We are proud that many of our executive clients vote with their feet - and have us back to coach, train and facilitate across multiple projects.
