We are led by Hamish Park - an executive adviser, facilitator, trainer and board director deeply involved in shaping leadership performance.
Hamish has over 20 years’ experience advising leaders – from premiers to ministers, board directors, corporate executives, and not-for-profit trailblazers.

Whilst we are based in Melbourne, we do work with national organisations and clients with operations across multiple state boundaries.
In 2023 and 2024, we delivered work in Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney, Adelaide and regional Victoria.
