Introductory conversation
A short introductory conversation helps us understand where you are at in your leadership journey, and what you wish to get from your leadership assessment. We help you to select the peers, managers, direct reports and stakeholders who will be invited to provide your anonymous feedback.
Completing the 360° Feedback assessment
You answer an online self-assessment of 60 questions, which takes around 15 minutes. The questions cover a range of leadership skills, and you rate yourself on the scale provided for each question. Your selected colleagues each are sent a link to complete an anonymous assessment of you, based on the same questions.
Debrief your results
Once all of your selected colleagues have completed your feedback, you meet with Hamish Park to debrief your results. Using their feedback as an evidence base, we explore the common themes and sources of useful advice. Development areas are discussed and areas of strength confirmed. You leave with the gift of insight into how your colleagues truly see you, and a range of areas to explore to continue your leadership development.
