Hamish Park is a Melbourne-based executive adviser, leadership coach, trainer, facilitator and board director, with over 20 years’ experience advising leaders – from premiers to government ministers, boards, and corporate executives.
For over 12 years, Hamish worked inside the State Government of Victoria, serving under three Premiers, as an adviser and Chief of Staff in a range of complex, challenging and issues-rich portfolios.
Hamish has also worked with some of Australia’s foremost private institutions, including consulting roles with professional services firms EY and KPMG, along with the National Australia Bank and Telstra.

Hamish is also extensively involved with cancer charities, in both his role as a founding member of Dine For A Cure, which has raised over $1.2 million dollars for brain cancer research, and as a volunteer counsellor for families living with cancer. His commitment to the health sector has been extended with an appointment as a Director of Peninsula Health, a major metropolitan health service caring for over 300,000 people.

Hamish is Melbourne's only Harvard-qualifed leadership coach. He has a master’s degree in management from Harvard University, where he studied leadership and entrepreneurship in the new economy. He also has bachelor degrees in commerce and arts from the University of Melbourne, where he also holds an appointment as a Senior Fellow at Melbourne Law School.

Hamish is a fully certified organisational coach with the Institute of Executive Coaching & Leadership (IECL) and a fully accredited DISC practitioner.

His specialities include leadership coaching, leadership team development, workshop facilitation, and professional development program design.

CAT DRYSDALE
Cat Drysdale is a workshop facilitator, virtual collaboration designer and graphic facilitator. She has over 10 years’ of facilitation experience with several professional services firms.

Cat’s eye for detail and highly visual approach helps clients to make sense of wicked problems and challenging decisions. Using live graphic scribing and visual modelling, Cat helps make the complex simple.
​
Cat also sits on the committee for Graphic Recorders Australia, the professional association for graphic facilitators.
LOUISE HILL
Louise Hill has extensive executive leadership experience, with a track record in transforming and strengthening complex organisations and leading executive teams including HR, IT, communications, strategic planning, finance and legal services.

Louise has excellent facilitation and coaching skills and has designed and facilitated workshops and planning sessions at all three levels of government. She has a specialist interest in leadership team facilitation and group dynamics.
KATE BAXTER
Kate Baxter is a recognised expert within the global community of visual practitioners, with a passion for digital mediums. She’s worked large conferences around the world and has been embedded in workshop hubs in some of Australia’s leading firms.

Kate has extensive experience in running collaborative events of all sizes and across all industry groups. Kate leverages her design background for making work that matters. She weaves her magic with visual outcomes, virtual environments and digital tools to facilitate highly engaging participant experiences.
BRENDAN DAVID
Brendan David is a facilitator, graphic recorder and musician. For over 12 years, he has helped organisations solve complex problems and develop new ways of working through collaborative design and facilitation.
As a Melbourne-based practitioner of the MG Taylor methodology, Brendan brings a broad skill set that fosters creativity and innovation. He has worked extensively with Australia’s leading corporations, government departments and agencies, and for-purpose organisations.
DANNY KNEPRATH
Danny Kneprath has worked extensively as a facilitator, live graphic scribe, and technical producer for more than eight years across the private, public and community sectors.
Based in Sydney, finding innovative ways to bring personal connection to virtual delivery has been Danny’s focus over the last two years, allowing organisations to connect, create and deliver.

Danny has a special interest in working across platforms to design engaging and effortless online experiences for participants.

Pete Hodgson is a respected and skilled facilitator based in Melbourne, with over 20 years' experience helping to transform public and private sector organisations.

As one of Australia's most experienced practitioners of MG Taylor methodology, Pete is motivated to facilitate innovation and change for our collective betterment, often dealing with complex organisational issues alongside individual leadership challenges. His warm and humourous facilitation style has been enjoyed by clients across a range of sectors.

ANGELA RUTTER
Angela Rutter is a leadership facilitation specialist, with a passion for values-led engagement, civic leadership and social change.

She has worked with non-profit organisations, social enterprises, local councils, and government departments to facilitate community engagement and civic leadership development.
Angela is a highly experienced facilitator and designer. For many years Angela co-designed and co-facilitated the Williamson Community Leadership program for Leadership Victoria, and managed Climate Reality Australia – Al Gore’s climate change leadership program.
GLENN STEPHENSON
Glenn is a graphic recorder and designer providing visual flair to the everyday.

Glenn is an experienced practitioner of the MG Taylor Methodology, and facilitates our client workshops in a variety of knowledge working roles.
An accomplished artist and designer, you will often see Glenn at the front of the room, capturing keynote speaker presentations, panel discussions and group concept development in his signature graphic style.

Glenn also has significant teaching experience at secondary and tertiary level, which provides invaluable insights into the construction of adult learning environments.​​
JO RICHARDS
Jo Richards is a passionate storyteller, TEDx speaker coach, keynote talk writer, facilitator and actress.

Bringing over 12 years' experience in collaborative problem solving, process facilitation, graphic recording and knowledge working, Jo works with teams to help them connect and communicate with flair.

Professionally trained in Paris, Jo brings a vivacious presence to facilitated events and unique insight and authenticity to her individual coaching work with clients wanting to build confidence at the front of the room.

ARRAN MCKENNA
Arran McKenna is a highly-skilled knowledge worker and graphic recorder trained in the MG Taylor methodology of collaborative thinking and design.
Based in Canberra, he brings with him 8 years of experience in helping groups solve complex problems and over 25 years of visual creative work.
He has strong public sector experience, having worked with a wide range of clients including most of the departments in the Australian Public Service, the National Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (NAACHO) and the Australian Pacific Security College. He has also worked with professional services firms including KPMG, PwC, and Deloitte.
KATE TEDSTONE
With over two decades of consulting experience, Kate Tedstone is an experienced strategic facilitator, collaboration designer and change lead. She has worked with leaders to enable sustainable change across the corporate, government, health and education sectors.
Kate has a strong track record delivering unique, immersive experiences. She facilitates with deep curiosity, energy and empathy to build engagement, alignment and ownership.
Based in Melbourne, Kate has a master’s degree in geography and environmental science from Cambridge University and a postgraduate certificate of education from London University. She is an experienced leadership coach and SCRUM-certified product owner.

JEREMY WILLIAMSON
Jeremy Williamson is an experienced facilitator with over 15 years' experience in management consulting.
He brings strong expertise in designing and delivering collaborative sessions with large leadership teams around strategy and vision setting, customer experience design, operating model design, leadership alignment, revenue generation, cost reduction, leveraging new technologies, and business and cultural transformation. Based in Melbourne, his experience spans some of Australia and the UK’s largest organisations across a wide range of industries.

Jeremy has a Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Science and a Diploma of Modern Languages from the University of Melbourne. He is also a SCRUM-certified product owner.
