Board Offsites
A one-day workshop away from the office to re-group and focus. Usually an annual board planning day to align on the year ahead.

Board Retreats
Two-day workshops with an overnight stay to build rapport, trust and camaraderie. Great when a new strategic plan is being launched, or where there's been significant change in board or ELT composition.
Board Planning Days
A one-day workshop to deliver an action plan for specific objectives. Perfect if challenging deadlines, new priorities or special projects have recently emerged.
