Individual consultations
A quick phone call, text or instant message, or a scheduled hour-long online meeting to provide direct, private advice and guidance.
Group meetings
Attendance at leadership team meetings to keep your team accountable, or to provide independent facilitation and guidance so the CEO can fully participate.
Short facilitated sessions
Your CEO Adviser can run short, sharp facilitated training sessions or problem-solving meetings for your team.
Coaching sessions
The advice may take the form of a frequent series of coaching conversations to guide you through a crisis or transition period.

HOW IT WORKS
Leadership experts on call
Our CEO Advisers are available on a retainer for a set number of hours each month to offer tailored advice and a fresh perspective.
This service is designed to provide you with on-demand expertise that helps you make informed decisions, stay ahead of challenges, and steer your organisation with confidence.
Duration: CEO advisers are retained for a period of four months, with 10 hours of time available per month.
Type of contact: anything from a quick phone call with the CEO, to a day-long facilitated session with the leadership team. You decide how the hours are best used.
Format: Phone calls, texts, emails, online meetings, face-to-face meetings, or hybrid meetings.
Frequency: Use all your hours in one week, or spread them over the month. Hours do not accumulate after the month has finished.
Location: we work Australia-wide. Travel costs apply for face-to-face work outside Melbourne.
