LEADING IN A CRISIS

Crisis management training to help your teams handle the unexpected

When crises hit, teams look to their leader. Your ability to rapidly build situational awareness, diagnose immediate problems, and mobilise resources for action – all while sustaining team morale, keeping a calm demeanour, and communicating clearly – will mark you out as a star crisis manager.

With crises of all sorts – from pandemics, natural disasters, criminal activity, and workplace scandals – sent to test leaders, the sooner you and your team are trained to manage crises, the more prepared you will feel when the real life test arrives.

Our two-part crisis management training - "Leading In A Crisis" - is designed to be customisable to the emergencies likely to face your team. We adjust the length, focus and delivery style to suit your organisation. Our comprehensive series of pre-training planning meetings ensures your team gets the most out of the training and stands ready to face the unexpected.

TWO PART TRAINING

1

Interactive workshop – Crisis Management Techniques
This interactive workshop teaches leaders and their teams the necessary elements of crisis management through studying case studies of real life crises, learning from the successes and failures of others. We explore natural disasters, terrorism, cyber crime, pandemics and scandals.

2

Simulation – Mock Crisis Scenario
Your team responds to a mock scenario, an immersive and memorable experience of a realistic crisis, where you and your colleagues will be tested and challenged to apply the techniques you've learnt, and given meaningful feedback and reinforcement.

Both elements of the training are suitable for entirely online delivery via Zoom or Microsoft Teams to accommodate staff working from home.
