Training workshops
A short, tailored team workshop to lift the leadership skills of the group. Ideal for ELTs that have never had formal training, or need to overcome specific obstacles.

Offsites
A one-day workshop away from the office to re-group and focus. Ideal for ELTs that need to bond, align and change how they work together.

Individual coaching
Private, one-hour sessions with an executive where the unique leadership challenges of the individual can be addressed directly. Great for reinforcing the outcomes of a group workshop.
Group coaching
If all members of the leadership team need development on the same issue, group coaching sessions can be more time and cost effective.
