Second, it's a lot easier for you to participate in a workshop if you don't have the stress of running it.
And finally, we're independent - that means no hidden agenda or biases to influence the direction of the conversation - and we can call things as we see them.
Offsites
A one-day workshop away from the office to re-group and focus. Ideal for ELTs that have been dispersed or working from home for long periods of time.

Retreats
Two-day workshops with an overnight stay to build rapport, trust and camaraderie. Great for newly forming ELTs or where deep focussed discussions are needed.
Planning days
A one-day workshop to deliver an action plan for specific objectives. Perfect if challenging deadlines, new priorities or special projects have recently emerged.

Strategy sessions
A one-day workshop or series of workshops to build a strategic plan. Perfect for when the strategic landscape has changed or new executive leadership is in place.

Training workshops
A tailored team workshop to lift the leadership skills of the group. Ideal for ELTs that have never had formal training, or need to overcome specific obstacles.
