Over the course of 8 one-hour coaching sessions, our expert leadership coach will work with your team to:

Through a combination of guided discussions, real-time feedback, and actionable strategies, the program helps teams unlock their full potential and address challenges that may be hindering their performance.

 

Each session is tailored to the team’s specific needs, providing a blend of reflection, problem-solving, and future-focused planning.

Meeting
HOW IT WORKS

A proven two-part program to lift your team to high performance

​

  • Duration: the program typically runs for a full year.

  • Frequency: team coaching sessions at roughly 6-week intervals (8 sessions per year).

  • Format: online or face-to-face only. This program does not work in a hybrid setting. We strongly suggest a majority of the sessions should be face-to-face.

  • Group size: usually 5-15 people.

  • Location: we work Australia-wide, but travel costs may apply for organisations outside Melbourne.
