Short, sharp training sessions to get you set for 2023 and beyond

In the coming year, we'll hopefully see  economies open up further and a stabilisation into an Australian COVID-normal pattern of work. The coming period will look very different to how things operated during the pandemic years of 2020-2022.

​

The leadership skills you brought to the prolonged crisis phase of the pandemic will be different to the skills you'll need going forward. That's why we've designed a series of short masterclasses based on the three trends which will shape the immediate future.

 

Three trends shaping workplaces

1. Hybrid working - we've mostly moved on from having everybody working remotely all the time. Increasingly, we're seeing mixed groups, with some in the office and some at home. Rarely will a full team be in the same place at the same time. Leaders will need to be able to run hybrid meetings, coach and motivate from a distance, and use online conferencing tools confidently.

2. Experimenting with change - you'll notice that the office doesn't always feel the same, and 2023 will continue to bring us waves of change affecting work sites, practices and team composition. With teams having to constantly try new things, leaders will need skills in managing the impact of change on their teams, and an ability to spark creative and experimental approaches to emerging challenges.

3. Designing for resilience - over the last three years, we learned the importance of prioritising resilience over efficiency. In the face of continuing risk and uncertainty, organisations will want to ensure that stellar service for their customers continues no matter what. Leaders will need to understand how to encourage adaptability, resilience and continuity in their team.

What do the Masterclasses look like?

There's six masterclasses that work as a package to sharpen the critical skills you'll need for success in 2023 and beyond. Each masterclass is 90 minutes long, and is run as a live online session, with engaging content and the right balance of fun from our expert online facilitation team.

Often, there's a pre-read article that helps to set the scene, and an immersive group activity to help practice techniques or experience a key concept. We don't do death by powerpoint, so you can participate actively in our small group sessions.
